PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture adjustment module with a function to humidify or dehumidify gas flowing through hollow fibers, a high airtight efficiency and manufacture easiness; and to provide method and device for manufacturing this module.;SOLUTION: The moisture adjustment module includes a tubular hollow fiber 1, a braiding thread 3 braided over the external side of the hollow fiber 1, and a tube 5 inserted into the end of a hollow fiber 1. The braiding thread 3 is deposited over the region in a range of a prescribed length from this end of hollow fiber 1 by heating both the follow fiber 1 and the braid thread 3 existing in the region at the temperature of 150 to 180°C from outside.
