An apparatus for producing three dimensional object(s) from a laser receptive powdered material comprising: digital profile creating device; two dimensional laser scanning beam with plurality of individual controllable beams; object creating chamber; laser receptive powder sprinkling means; a container filled with laser receptive powder and a method of producing three dimensional object form a laser receptive powdered material comprising the steps of: loading CAD structure of a model; slicing a model to obtain different stress or stiffness region using Computer Aided Engineering; different stress distributed region are obtained in pixel image using fine element method; computing counter information of sub parts using common layer interface file; said pixel image is converted into common layer interface file; tracing of layers from digital profile creating device; fabricating layer-by-layer different sub parts with different process parameters.
