The present invention discloses Test Rig for air flow measurement through ducts of Air conditioning system comprising; flexible duct to canalize the air flow from the grill outlet of HVAC system to the nozzle chamber. One differential pressure sensor is mounted measure the differential pressure developed at the grill with respect to atmospheric pressure. One differential pressure sensor is mounted across the nozzle to measure pressure developed across the nozzle and feed it to software for processing and converting it to volumetric air flow values for displaying. Temperature sensor provided for measuring the temperature of the incoming air towards the nozzle. Two wire meshes are provided in the nozzle chamber for uniform distribution of air flow. One external blower is used to suck the air from the nozzle chamber for passing it to atmosphere or vehicle cabin. One control system is used to reduce the pressure developed at grill outlet to zero.
