NOVEL LIPASE FROM MUTATED STRAIN ASPERGILLUS NIGER AU15 FOR DETERGENT INDUSTRY

摘要

A mutant strain of Aspergillus niger AU15 has been used for production of novel lipase which showed 2-fold higher in the protein tertiary structure. Dextrose as carbon source, peptone and cornsteep liquor as nitrogen source were found to be optimal for maximum lipase production. The invention further relates to the use of the Lipase in the process of Biodiesel production.
