This invention relates to a superior thermally stable, cost effective grease feed stock from polyethylene mixed waste, miscible with any lubricating oil, giving natural lubrication and the process of preparation thereof comprising, starting of depolymerization reaction of polyethylene mixed waste in a one litre high pressure Parr reactor at temperature between 300 to 600°C using catalyst, wherein catalyst is tied down to stirring blade, allowing the progression of depolymerization, wherein the pressure of the reactor rise and after reaching the desired value, getting stopped by switching off the heaters.
