The present invention relates to a method of integrated township planning comprising of (a) identification of a large open salt pan land; (b) preparing a large redevelopment scheme, wherein the said redevelopment scheme is in close proximity to sea, land, railway and airport; (c) identification of a central metro yard adjacent to metro rail network; and (d) creating a trans-harbour dedicated route from the said airport to the proposed world trade center; and a system in relation thereto.
