AIRPORT PASSENGER AND LUGGAGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A system for monitoring passengers & their baggage with the use of modern technology (RFID). The boarding pass & baggage tags, both inbuilt with RFID are issued at the airlines ticket counter, which is under surveillance with the help of interrogators at different positions inside the airport. The data obtained from RFID tags are displayed in centralized monitoring system and multiple displays at different regions of airport. The system has provided handheld devices for airline companies to spot their passengers with the help of data from the interrogators and additional interrogators in the same device. The invention provides an identity for each bag and relates it with respective passenger. The system helps the passenger boarding faster as the passengers tracking is done faster.
