Taking the advantage of obvious fly wheel (7,10) made up of the opposing rotatory system of Magnetic Poles (10) and the Windings(7), the WINDGEN2010 is evolved which makes use of compressed air booster push system (14,15). The necessary arrangements are made to ensure continuous refilling of air cylinder reservoir (16), thereby making contrivance perpetual self contained electricity - generating set. The LASER commutator system (11,13) opens an advanced method with many advantages to simplicity. The contrivance works independent of wind directional constraints.
