An Internet fax apparatus (310), comprising a computer connectedto Internet in a wired or a wireless manner; a server having a user list andconnected with the computer (31) via Internet (20); an image-capturingdevice (32) connected to the computer for recording images: a sound-recording device (33) connected to the computer for recording sounds; ascanning device (34) connected to the computer for scanning a documentto obtain an electronic file; and a handwriting input device (47) connectedto the computer for providing a user to write an explanatory note on theelectronic file; wherein, the image-capturing device, the sound-recordingdevice, the scanning device, and the hand-written input device (47) areintegrated in an Internet fax program installed in the computer, and theInternet fax program is used to be functioned to produce a video fileattached with a video message and the electronic file; and a filing systemautomatically storing the video file attached with the video message andthe electronic file according to the video file"s category, and the video fileis then opened via the filing system.
