EVALUATION METHOD OF MIGRATION OF THE STENT GRAFT'S CENTRAL LINE AFTER DEPLOYMENT INTO ABDOMINAL AORTIC ANEURYSM

Invention relates to a use of radiological methods in vascular surgery. The method provided allows to control a placement of stent in abdominal aortic aneurysm after impantation. The method includes location of lumbar vertebra (1), abdominal aortic aneurysm (2) and stent (3) deployed in the abdominal aorta by computer tomography examination of images in sagital plane; choosing the reference lumbar vertebra (4) at the level of aneurysm maximum diameter; defining the axial image that passes through the centre (4) of the reference vertebra and through the abdominal aortic aneurysm (2); division of the body of the reference vertebra into two symmetrical parts along sagital axis (5); determining a crossing point (6) between sagital axis (5) and anterior surface of the reference vertebra (4); measuring distance (11, 12) between the crossing point (6) and channel centres (7, 8).
