The present invention refers to a process for the construction of ports, which is characterised in that it comprises the following steps: digging a peripheral ditch (No. 5), constructing a primary wall (No. 6) in the peripheral ditch; digging the core and re-establishing the soil with bentonite suspensions (No. 7); fixing, at the upper end portion of the peripheral wall, first (No. 1) radial crossbeams with the second vertical support (No. 2), which are simultaneously reinforced in an horizontal manner with the third supports (No. 3); casting the fourth primary base slab (No. 4); removing the bentonite suspensions (No. 7); locating the base slab and the definitive peripheral walls (No. 8), removing the supports (No. 3). The novelty of the invention consists in the construction of a fourth primary base slab (No. 4) reinforced with the first radial crossbeams (No. 1) and supported by the second vertical supports (No. 2) and connected to the upper portion of the peripheral first wall, wh ich is simultaneously useful for supporting the primary base slab with the weight and friction thereof and the adherence between the wall and the peripheral ground.
