Described is a bioreactor for culturing vegetable tissues and species by the temporal immersion and temporal irrigation methods, which includes two chambers located within a transparent enclosure that are covered by a transparent lid provided with a double closure and ports for carrying out a gas exchange with the environment and the extraction or introduction of liquid or gas fluids. The present invention is related to a system for culturing in vitro biological material, preferably vegetable material of any species such as cells, tissues, organs, vegetable embryos or seedlings, mainly embryos and seedlings.
