The present invention refers to a tower structure for containing and maintaining molluscs, crustaceous, fish, etc., to be grown in a mariculture farm for the production of cultured molluscs, crustaceous, fish, etc. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a couple of support elements, one being upper and the other lower, said upper and lower support elements being adapted to receive tightening elongated rods with fastening means to be fixed to said support elements, thus defining a peripheral structure which defines and comprises a plurality of trays for containing and housing molluscs, crustaceous, fish, etc, which are overlapped in order to form a tower; the overlapped adjacent trays are fastened therebetween in order to generate a monolithic body; said tower structure is located at the seabed in a floating manner or is attached to the seabed by means of fixing pins which are introduced in bores practiced in the seabed.
