The invention refers to a system for the archery training and practice without using arrows or real targets; the system consists of an element for firing arrows of light adapted to any commercial arch which automatically generates arrows of light encoded with analogical electronic technology, the electro-optic device installed in the bow allowing the rope thereof to be used along with a cut arrow inserted into a guide tube that gives direction to the arrow movement while said arrow is decelerated in such a manner that the user has the sensation of firing a real bow; the electro-optic device mounted in the bow has magnetic brakes and dampeners as well as a pneumatic decelerator for achieving an adequate deceleration of the cut arrow, which does not leave the firing module in any moment. The equipment is complemented with an electronic target having a solar cell acting as a sensor, which is traditionally used as a photoelectric generator but in this case allows, using templates with ori fices of different diameters, to practice at different levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced by only switching the templates, which are located in front of the solar cell module. The use of encoded arrows of light allows several archery practitioners to compete in a simultaneous manner over the same target, this is possible not only because the light signal is encoded but also because the solar cell is able to register shoots from very different angles.
