Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising casein or a functional fragment thereof which is at least 10% dephosphorylated and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Further disclosed is the use of the pharmaceutical composition in the manufacture of a medicament for treating a disease or condition mediated by increased phosphorylation.
