Disclosed are a baking oven (10) and a method of baking. The oven includes a chamber (11), supporting means (14), heating means (20), a sensor, an interface, and control means. The supporting means support one or more baking trays, and the heating means underlies the baking trays. The sensor provides the oven temperature to the control means, which is also connected to the interface and heating means, and deactivates the heating means after a specific time and temperature is reached. The interface receives a bake program and information of the product being baked.
