The method involves covering steel plate layers interiorly and exteriorly, where the steel plate layers are utilized to form a circular water storing and treating steel tank. Compact panels are welded with respect to each other for realizing shape of the tank, where peripheral walls (4) are connected to a base (5) of the tank. The peripheral walls of the tank comprise three exterior thermoplastic layers (1) and an interior steel layer (2), where the tank is made of thermoplastic materials. An independent claim is also included for a water storing and treating steel tank, comprising peripheral walls.
