The invention relates to a laser-scanning system for the generation of 3D images and visualization of vegetation-masked objects. According to the invention, the system comprises a pulsed laser emitter (1), a collimator telescope (2) having the role of reducing the natural divergence of the laser beam, a bidirectional scanning system (3) comprising two galvanometric scanners for the laser beam scanning in the horizontal plane and vertical plane, respectively, an optical receiving system (4) which takes over the image of the laser spot from the target and focuses it on the active area of a light detector, a laser receiver (5) comprising a light detector and an amplification system, an acquisition board (6) mounted within a computer (7) which takes over the signal from the laser receiver (5) and digitizes the same for it to be subsequently processed by the computer (7), a light detector (8) which takes over the parasitic optical radiation of the laser pulse and converts it into an electric synchronization pulse for activating the acquisition of the signal by the acquisition board, and a digital-analogue actuation system (9) actuating the two galvanometric scanners.
