摘要

The invention relates to a process and an equipment for screening and grinding composite polymeric waste and for obtaining, by mechanical recovery of glass and/or carbon fibres, a high quality fraction to be recycled in the composite materials structures manufacturing process. According to the invention, the process consists in screening, cutting and grinding any kind of composite polymeric waste and obtaining a recycling fraction having coarse, normal, fine and very fine granulation and adequate dimensions. The equipment claimed by the invention comprises a storage yard (8) where there are stored wastes of composite material structures which are screened manually, semi-automatically or automatically in a screening station (9), the structures being then placed in some containers (10 and 11) for duroplastic and thermoplastic composite materials, respectively, a conveyor belt (6) ensuring the transport of the preliminarily screened composite materials to a cutting station (9) and of the cut materials to be stored in some containers (13 and 14) for duroplastic and thermoplastic composite materials, respectively, a container (15) for storing metal and/or non-metal materials removed by cutting from the composite material structures, an equipment (1) for exfoliating the composite structures, an equipment (2) for defibrating the composite material structures, the wastes being then transported by the conveyor belt (6) to a roller mill (3) for grinding the reinforced polymeric structures, and an equipment (4) for the recovery of glass and/or carbon fibres.
