PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGY FOR CARRYING ON INTEGRALLY UNHARMFUL AND NON-DESTRUCTIVE ARMED CONFLICTS

The invention relates to a process and technology for carrying on integrally unharmful and non-destructive armed conflicts. According to the invention, the process and the technology consists in establishing an equivalent of the presumptive destructions produced by some attacking rackets (RA), not carrying explosive, but carrying a very adherent paint or a laser ray for marking the reaching of a target (T), conditions in which the one defending himself, a defender (D), loses the value of presumptive destructions and reversely an attacker (A) loses the value of corresponding destructions which could have been produced by his attacking rackets (RA), which were either marked to have been virtually thrown down by the defender (D) by his defending rackets (RD) or by some hunting aircrafts (AV) of the defender and by some capturing aircrafts (AC) or, erroneously, they attacked some protected objectives (OP), the first arrived in bankruptcy status being defeated, so that no human casualties and material damages will exist, but only value damages, the process leading in a compulsory manner and exclusively to the secure and constant delivery of a final product consisting in living people, with no injuries, non-damaged assets in comparison with the result of the present conflicts, consisting of a great number of deceased, disabled and various injured people and a huge number of damages, some of them being irrecoverable as they can not be reconstructed or reconstituted.
