COMPLEX INSTALLATION WITH FURNACE AND VORTEX BURNER WITH MULTIPLE RECIRCULATION OF COLD BURNT GASES FOR BURNING PIT COAL

The invention relates to a complex installation with furnace and vortex burner with multiple recirculation of cold exhaust gases for burning pit coal in order to use pit coal as fuel in steam boiler furnaces, conceived initially for burning brown coal and used later on for burning pit coal, for the operation thereof with vortex burners tangentially located, in order to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides and ensure the admitted values for the profile of burning gas temperature. According to the invention, the installation consists in that the burning of pit coal dust takes place initially in burners on the basis of the mixture made in the mill between the inserted pit coal, the drying air and the recirculated exhaust gases and it is finished on the basis of the stepped intake of the combustion air and of the injection of the gases recirculated in the combustion air and/or cooling air of the combustion installation, the burner comprising a main body (1) having inside a dust concentrator (2) and a ring (3) for stabilizing the flame at the output end, through which there is introduced the mixture of pit coal dust and recirculated exhaust gases, a second body (4), concentrical to the first, being provided with an axial-blade intake (5) for introducing the secondary air and the recirculated exhaust gases, while a third body (6), concentrical to the body through which the secondary air circulates, is provided with an axial-blade intake (7) for introducing the tertiary air and the recirculated exhaust gases.
