The invention relates to a method and a device for entraining and directing the convective air currents into closed enclosures, heated by radiators, which provide solutions to the problems of improving the processes for maintaining a correct temperature in terms of the standards for public health and labour protection, in civil and industrial enclosures. The claimed method consists in the fact that a hydraulic turbine (6) drives the rotor of a fan which has some parallel blades (3), the turbine (6) being put into motion by the flow of the heating medium discharged from the radiator, and the fan rotor is dismountably fixed in the upper part of the radiator so that the warm convective air flow is taken over and entrained on a direction approximately perpendicular to the surface of the enclosure wall. The claimed device for applying the method comprises three components, namely a fan rotor, a housing (4) and a hydraulic turbine (6), the fan rotor having some parallel blades (3) whose ends are fixed in two circular flanges which are fixed in such a manner that the geometrical planes they belong to are parallel, the flow guide, namely the housing (4) wherein there is mounted the rotor of the fan which changes the direction of the warm air flow, is oriented vertically upwards by 90°, perpendicular to the enclosure wall, and the hydraulic turbine (6) whose shaft (5) is common with the shaft (5) of the fan rotor is put into motion by the heat medium flow, the outlet water of the radiator (the radiator return), the rotary motion of the turbine (6) driving the fan rotor by means of the common shaft (5), the heat medium flow being taken over by the existing recirculating path from an outlet (8) of the hydraulic turbine.
