PULSE SINGLE-LINE LUBRICATION SYSTEM BY METHOD OIL-AIR, FOR INSTANCE, FOR BEARING UNITS OF ROLLER SECTIONS OF CONTINUOUS CASTING MACHINE

A pulse single-line lubrication system by method oil-air, for instance for bearing units of roller sections of continuous casting machine includes lubrication station with vessel for liquid oil, two pumps (main and reserve ones), apparatuses for control and check of lubrication cycle in automated mode, blocks for formation of lubrication flows oil-air, dividers of lubrication flow, mains for oil and air supply with devices for its preparation, lubrication oil-air pipelines connected to points of bearing units. To decrease amount of defective articles at bearing jamming, to increase stability of bearing units of roller sections, for increase of reliability of system of lubrication of roller sections passing tubes with oil-air mix are installed on the block of mixer in vertical positions and are made of transparent material, for instance thermo-stable glass, at that as minimum two outlet openings of the block of mixer are combined to common outlet pipeline connected to flow divider.
