METHOD FOR PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS IN PATIENTS WITH SUBMUCOSAL UTERINE MYOMA

A method for preoperative diagnosis in the patients with submucosal uterine myoma comprises the ultrasonic examination and the rating of the extent of complexity of the surgical treatment. The combination of the following criteria is used: extent of myometrium penetration, number of nodes and their sizes, the location of the nodes inside the uterus, the area of the node contacting directly with myometrium, and vascularization extent.
