A method for prevention and treatment of hemic hypoxy at iron-deficient anemy in conditions of nitrite-nitrate load using the complex therapy for prevention of metabolite disorders at tissue hypoxy. At which on background of use of iron preparations the antagonist of interleukine-1 (ARIL-1) receptors is parenterally prescribed in a doze of 10 mg/kg once in day before normalization of hemoglobin level.
