LOWER FRAME OF TRIPPING CAR OF HEAVY TYPE

A lower frame of a tripping car of heavy type comprises centre plates, body supports, welded frontal, pairwise and cylindrical swivel brackets, a welded center sill, front stops, rear stops, limiting and support bars of automatic coupler. The upper plates of each pair of swivel and cylindrical brackets are continuous and are superimposed on the brackets and on the upper plate of the centre sill. In the case, the lower plates of brackets are imposed directly on the lower base for the center sill. The upper plate of the centre sill is narrowed relative to the extended tapered lower base. In the center sill reinforced front stops of an industrial timber wagon with extended doors, and enlarged seats are used. In the case on the edges of vertical walls of centre sill rectangular cutouts are made from below.
