A method for determination of a method for correction of intracraneal hypertension in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma comprises the installation of parenchimal sensor of intracraneal pressure measuring, followed by determination of intracraneal pressure. The correction of intracraneal hypertension is conducted taking into account the state of autoregulation of cerebral vessels, which is determined as a result of ultrasonic transcranial of Doppler study of brain vessels.
