METHOD FOR MICROCLONAL PROPAGATION OF GRAPE IN VITRO

A method for microclonal propagation of grape in vitro includes micrografting of tube plants and planting thereof onto the Murashige and Skoog liquid nutrient medium with a reduced amount of macronutrients and vitamins and supplementing thereof with indoleacetic acid. In the composition of the nutrient medium carboxylates of the macro- and micronutrients obtained by interaction of carbonic acid with nanoparticles of macro- and micronutrients or with nanoparticles of oxides thereof, or with nanoparticles of hydroxides thereof, are used as the macro- and micronutrients.
