A method of prognostication of progress of osteoartrosis for adolescents comprises the determination of level of indexes of constituents exchange of gyalin cartilage matrice and activity of proteolitic enzymes. The content of cytokines, immunoproteins, and frequency of increase of chromosomal aberrations is determined. Then the most informing clinical-laboratory signs are allocated and prognostic coefficients are calculated.
