Method for determination of coefficient of heat emission under conditions of convective heat exchange of organic mix includes measurement of temperature of heat carrier, at that one measures mass of heating heat carrier and mix, and temperature of heating heat carrier and mix is measured in time intervals with determination of experimental coefficient of convective heat emission in basic mode of heat exchangeat temperature of mix t, that corresponds to modes that are searched, and complex of physical properties for basic mode of heat exchange is determined by dependence that is determined with account of direction of heat exchange.
