METHOD FOR SURGICAL OPENING OF CROWN OF IMPACTED TOOTH

A method for the surgical opening of the crown of the impacted tooth comprises the removal of the mucous-periosteal flap and the bone tissue over the crown of the impacted tooth. The tooth is localized according to the clinical and X-ray findings. Then, the prospective window is marked with methylene blue applied onto mucosa over the crown of the impacted tooth. The mucous-periosteal flap and the part of the bone over the crown of the impacted tooth and the fragment of the follicular sac are removed sparing the peripheral band of 1.5-. The blanket suture is applied on the edges of the mucosa and the follicular sac.
