METHOD TO CONTROL MIGRATION OF BIOELEMENTS IN THE SYSTEM 'SOIL FEEDS ORGANISM OF LAYNG HENS - HUMAN'

A method to control migration of bioelements in the system "soil feeds organism of laying hens - man" by means of fortifying feeds for obtaining poultry products with high content of antioxidants and other essential nutrients. Along with carrying out social-hygienic monitoring of the forage crops purposed for preparing mixed feeds, the mixed feeds are enriched with selenium organic compounds in a concentration of 25-30 mg/kg and pectin substances in amounts up to 10-15 % pectin per dry matter, and monitoring of the content of selenium and heavy metals in poultry products (eggs, meat, byproducts subproducts) is carried out.
