Method for diagnostics of disorders of lipid metabolism at stable and unstable course of ischemic cardiac disease is in fact that one performs complex clinical-biochemical investigation of patients with determination of indices of lipid-transport blood system (lipoproteid (a), apolipoproteins B100 and A1 and apolipoprotein index - ratio apo-B100/apo-A1) with diagnostics of proateregenic 44.9 mg/dl, apo-B-89.0-145.9 mg/dl, apo-A1-95.9-110.5 and value of apo-lipoprotein index (apoB/apoA)-0.89-1.55) with non-stable stenocardia (level Lp(a)45.0 mg/dl, apo-B 100145.0 mg/dl, apo-A195.5 mg/dl and apolipoprotein index1.5 u.).
