A method for normalization of microclimate in development faces of deep mines includes intake and supply of mine air to face of working that is cooled. Refrigerating plant of absorption type mounted on movable trolley is placed in development working at distance from face not less than 10- and generator is installed to well drilled in soil of working to boundaries of stable temperature gradient and filled with thermally-conductive substance with following tightening mouth with heat-insulation plug. At that supply of mine air is performed by rubberized air duct with ventilator for local ventilation installed in working at fresh flow at distance not less than 8- from flow going out in mouth of blind drift with its following cooling to temperature 22-, though not higher than with support of comfort conditions during the whole technological cycle.
