A method for treating the vegetative dysfunction in the patients with the functional pathology of the digestive system provides for the use of laser and reflex therapy. The scanning laser beam is applied onto reflexogenic areas for 2-7 minutes at the output of 15 mW. Prior to or after laser therapy (or concurrently with laser therapy) reflex therapy is applied to the remote acupuncture points and symptomatic points for 20-30 minutes, 10-12 sessions in total.
