摘要

A method for surgical treatment of low jaw malunions provides the osteotomy along the line of previous fracture and reposition of low jaw fragments. After osteotomy in the large fragment the bone projection is formed, sharp edges of the fracture is smoothed, then jaw fragments are immobilized and installed into correct position with fixation using the projection.
