DEVICE FOR DETERMINATION OF TRIBORHEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SLIDE FRICTION UNDER CONDITIONS OF BOUNDARY LUBRICATION

摘要

Device for determination of triboreological characteristics of slide friction under conditions of boundary lubrication includes frame, roller, vessel with liquid medium, electric drive, block for control and registration of parameters of friction, at that the block for control and registration of parameters of friction is arranged with possibility of determination of loss of power from friction of roller with respect to liquid medium. At that the vessel with liquid medium is installed on frame without possibility of motion, the roller is immersed to liquid medium by value not smaller than 1 % of diameter of the roller. Additionally it includes system for scanning value of local pressure and its distribution in slide plane, at that to the set of the system for scanning value of local pressure and its distribution in slide plane are included scanning device, slide bearing, micrometric screw, levers, flexible hose, pressure sensors, two-coordinate table and measuring device.
