A method to intensify hydroponic growing of plants includes arranging seedlings of plants in spouts of a water-supply pipe, creating a favourable environment for developing thereof, air-water growing with irradiation of plant inflorescences in the period of developing thereof with the energy of an irradiation source. The irradiation of the root system is carried out under conditions of total filling of a hydraulic water supply system with a nutrient solution, for example, with the aid of a defocused laser beam of a low-temperature IR-irradiator.
