METHOD FOE DIAGNOSTICS OF SUB-CLINICAL MASTITIS IN COW

摘要

Method for diagnostics of sub-clinical mastitis in cow is in separation of pure cell population of cells from milk and is based on method of sedimentation in gradient of density phycol-verografin. According to the method, pure fraction of cells is obtained from secret of mammary gland needed for accurate cytological evaluation.
