A solar heater has a body that is in black color inside, side walls in perimeter with air gap between those, bottom and movable transparent cover. Body of solar heater is arranged as two vertical cylinders with different diameters, with cylinder with smaller diameter placed in cylinder with larger diameter, in the lower part those are rigidly and tightly fixed on round horizontal bottom. At that the inner surface of the side vertical cylindrical wall of the smaller cylinder is arranged with vertical ribs in black color and in whole perimeter it is painted with black color, and the inner side of the outer vertical cylindrical wall of the larger cylinder is as mirror in whole perimeter. Gap of space between the outer side wall of the smaller cylinder and the inner side wall of the larger cylinder is hermetic. The bottom is provided with placed in horizontal positions spiral coil, in black color, is arranged with inlet for supply of cold water and outlet for discharge of heated water.
