METHOD FOR TREATING TRAUMATIC KERATITIS CAUSED BY IRON-CONTAINING FOREIGN BODIES

摘要

A method for treating the traumatic keratitis caused by iron-containing foreign bodies provides for the removal of the foreign body from the cornea followed by the use of antibacterial drops and corneostimulators. The next day after the removal procedure, electrophoresis with 5 % aqueous solution of cystein is provided.
