PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF NATURAL DYE OF BLACKTHORN

摘要

A process for the preparation of natural dye of blackthorn involves raw material washing, extraction of colorants, extract concentration in rotary evaporator. The extraction is carried out in Soxhlet apparatus with pure water vapors at ratio of blackthorn and water as 1:4 for 6-6.5 hours. The concentration of the permeate prepared in the rotary evaporator is carried out up to liquid volume reduction by 100 times, and concentrate drying up to powdered state is carried out in drying furnace.
