METHOD FOR INSTRUMENTAL REGISTRATION OF RESULTS OF STUDY WITH MICRO-METHOD OF REACTION OF COMPLEMENT BINDING

摘要

Method for instrumental registration of results of study with micro-method of reaction of complement binding (RCB) includes application to holes of polystyrene plates with U-like bottom of inactive serum antigen, titrated previously dose of complement, control of component of reaction, indicator system, soaking plates at temperature 37 °C on shaker, registration of results of the study. Registration of results is carried out with digital determination of characteristics if extinction of delay of hemolysis on reader, wavelength, without previous sedimentation of erythrocytes.
