A control and data expenditures method of common registration database of citizens relates to control, expenditures and processing credentials (personal affairs) area of citizens by various organizations through Internet according to service-oriented architecture standards. The useful model can be used by any organizations working with credentials of its employees, clients, students etc for simplification and forming automation, control, expenditures and personal affair processing.
