A method for diagnosis of maladaptive state of the blood coagulation system in patients with fractures, which comprises the determination of fibrinogen, prothrombin index, platelet aggregation. The response of the hemostatic system to cuff tests is determined and in the absence of positive dynamics in the form of increasing concentrations of antithrombin III, fibrinogen, and prolongation of thrombin time and activated fibrinolysis the state of the system is regarded as a maladaptive hemocoagulation.
