A method for complex transvitreal intervention at treatment of retinal detachment with regmatogenic retinal breaks of any location comprises the vitrectomy, laser coagulation, and gas tamponades. In the presence of the upper retinal breaks after vitrectomy the retina is straighten by sterile air. The removal of subretinal fluid is carried out solely through their own tears of the retina. If there are gaps in the lower post-operative period then additional replacement gas tamponade is performed.
