A method of ultra-thin separation of micro-quantities of aluminum (III) from its analogous elements of gallium (III) and indium (III) consists in that in an analytic sample of aqueous mixture of the elements a specific value of acidity is set, it is quantitatively transferred into a vessel with a sorbent, as the latter dimethylchlorosilaneaerosile (DMCHSA) is used. Sorption is carried out in static mode in one stage. For hydrophilization of DMCHSA surface an environmentally safe, available dipolar solvent - ethanol is used, which thin layer is hydrophobically attached to DMCHSA methyl groups and serves as a fluidized diaphragm.
