METHOD FOR TREATING CHRONIC GENERALIZED INITIAL AND MILD PERIODONTITIS WITH CONCOMITANT LICHEN RUBER PLANUS

A method for treating chronic generalized initial and mild periodontitis with concomitant lichen ruber planus provides for administering Delagil 1 tablet twice a day, Xanthinol nicotinate 1 tablet thrice a day, vitamin E 1 capsule once a day. Lysomucoid elixir is used for rinsing oral cavity following toothbrushing with toothpastes containing aluminum lactate, aluminum fluoride, chlorohexidine, and allantoin. Lisobact resorbable tablets are used at a dose 2 tablets 3-4 times a day. Lysozyme-containing films are used for applications in the cases of mucosal lesions. Interdental contacts are cleaned with floss once a day before the evening toothbrushing. The duration of the treatment course is at least two weeks. The course is repeated until normalization of the hygienic parameters in oral cavity.
