Method for differential diagnostics of syndrome of biologically inactive growth hormone (BIGH), Kovarsky type, and receptor insensitivity to growth hormone (RIGH) in children with low height includes blood investigation. One injects to patient subcutaneously in evening during 4 days a gene-engineering growth hormone with implementation of determination in blood of levels of insulin-like growth factors (IGF-1) on empty stomach before the first injection and in the morning of the day next to the last injection in evening, and, if the level IGF-1 is increased 2 times and more one diagnoses syndrome BIGH, Kovarsky type, at not changed I|GF-1 diagnosis of RIGH.
