METHOD FOR ASSESSING COMPLETE CLINICAL RECOVERY OF PATIENT WITH MAXILLARY SINUSITIS

A method for assessing the complete clinical recovery of the patient with maxillary sinusitis comprises the blood examination followed by the analysis of the findings. The blood content of the integral membrane protein thrombomodulin is assessed by IEA at least twice within the period of hospital treatment. The second assay is performed in blood sample taken from the cubital vein after 5-minute application of the tourniquet onto the upper third of the shoulder at the blood pressure corresponding to diastolic pressure. For assessing the complete clinical recovery, the criterial limits of the diagnostic parameters are considered.
